Exchange: You have the option of exchanging the item for another size at the on campus JPL stores in Pasadena, CA, if you have been provided with on-lab access. Otherwise, please ship to the address listed below.
The exchange should be requested within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) and must be in unused/new condition and have an associated RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number obtained from email@example.com. Once your item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed.
Refunds In order to receive a refund, returns should be completed within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). Products returned must be in unused/new condition and have an associated RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number obtained from firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your item is received and inspected, an exchange item, refund, or credit for future purchases will be issued.
Refunds are subject to shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges
